2020 At A Glance
This year at a glance features 12 months, January 2020 through December 2020, in a calendar format. Further, the month headers are a vertical, black script lettering. Then, “2020” is at the top of the page in a print font. Lastly, “at a glance” is in a minimal script font.
Simple Monthly Calendar
For each month, I used a simple grid calendar. The header lettering for this layout is a minimal script. Additionally, there is a column to the right of the calendar. The column is labeled “notes.”
The left page of this layout is a calendar grid. The headers for the days of the week are in dark blue print letters. Then the right side features a dark blue brush lettered font header and two sections below. Finally, the section titles are in a minimal cursive reading “to-do” and “goals.”
Dark Blue Weekly Grid
The weekly grid layout is a weekly layout that encompasses seven days. Further, each page includes eight squares that make up the grid. Seven of the boxes are for the days of the week, and the 8th box is blank. For the headers, the lettering utilizes a dark blue brush lettering. Additionally, all of the other letterings are done using a black print font.
Dark Blue Quote Pages
Each month features various positive quotes. These quotes are done in dark blue and black ink using a variety of font choices. To see each of these quotes view the images or video. Additionally, below is a list of the quotes used.

This is a minimal title page. In a bold print font I wrote the initials “DPH.” Then on the second line “2019 – 2020 Planner” is written in an all-caps print font.
This future log includes 12 months. Each page features three months each with a row. Then, each row has a mini-calendar. Finally, the headers for each month are in a dark blue print font.
Books to Read
This page is a black and white bookshelf. The header is a bold blue font. Danielle will fill in each book with a book she wants to read or has read.
Movies to Watch Film Strip
This tracker resembles old-school film strips. The header is in bold dark blue and black print font. Danielle will fill in each part of the film strips with a movie she wants to watch or has watched.
Trips to Take
This tracker resembles several stacks of suitcases in which Danielle can write trip ideas. Further, the header is a bold dark blue print font.
Ace’s Medicine Tracker
This tracker was inspired by my own 2019 trackers! This tracker is minimal with 12 months across the top and dates across the side. Then, at the bottom is a key. Lastly, the header is in dark blue print font.
This meditation tracker is a mirrored image of Ace’s medicine tracker.
Weightloss & Measurements:
This layout includes 2 sections. Further, these sections are weight loss on the left page and measurements on the right page. The weight loss tracker is like a board game which flows from the top toward the bottom. As weight is lost, Danielle can fill in the squares. Additionally, the right side is mostly a list with space left blank to write in details. Then, at the bottom, there is a chart for rewards. For the headers, lettering is in dark blue print font.
Again, similar to the meditation and medication trackers, this one is minimal. Further, the period tracker is a replica of these trackers.
One the opposite page from the period tracker is a simple quote in print font. The quote reads, “choose kindness & laugh often.”
The left page of this layout is a calendar grid. The headers for the days of the week are in dark blue print letters. Then the right side features a bold dark blue header and two sections below. Finally, the section titles are in a print font reading “to-do” and “goals.”
The expenses tracker includes 4 sections: income, expenses, debt, and savings. The main header is a bold dark blue print font. Each table includes 3 columns, the date the item, and the amount.
Weekly Grid Layout

This is a weekly layout with a section for each day of the week. The sections are broken into 4 rows: breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snack. The right page is mostly blank for groceries. The header is in a bold dark blue print font.
Each month has its own memory layout. Each month is different. These pages are mostly blank with some heading and artwork. Below are the themes for each month.

Finally, each month includes a monthly calendar, running to-do list, project list, finances tracker, fitness tracker, habit tracker, sleep log, mood tracker, stress tracker, h20 tracker, weekly layouts, and dream logs. 2019 Lunar Calendar
This lunar calendar shows the 2020 moon phases. For the header, “2020” and “lunar” are in similar black brush lettering. Then, “calendar” is in a minimal gold script.
This future log includes 12 months. Each page features three months each with a row. Then, each row has a mini-calendar. Finally, the header is in a metallic chrome script font.
Movies & Shows To Watch Tracker
This is a list-type page with four columns to write in movie and show titles. The main header is written in both calligraphy and minimal cursive. “movies & shows” is in calligraphy and “to watch” is in minimal cursive.
For this savings layout, I used a mason jar stamp to fill most of the page. Then, I separated the jar into various sections to mark savings goals. The header is in a navy blue print font.
This period tracker mimics the year in pixels style. Then, the header is vertical down the right side. The lettering is in a bold navy blue print font. Finally, there is a grid square for each day of all 12 months.
This layout accounts for 12 months of bills in two pages. The blue watercolor sections are for the title of the bill or subscription. Then, Rhiannon can write in an amount and date in the sections below according to the appropriate month. Finally, the main headers are a minimal script.
Quarterly Cover Pages
Similar to the tile page, quarterly cover pages involve navy blue watercolor in the background. Then, for the header, “Quarter” is in a calligraphy font. Above this, the numbering of the quarter is in an all-caps print font. Finally, on the second line, the months involved is in a minimal script font.
Measurements & Weight Tracker
This measurements and weight tracking layout is a two-page layout with two tables in it. At the top is the measurements table lasting roughly 17 weeks. The measurements include the neck, bust, waist, hips, bicep, thigh, and calf. The bottom table is for weight tracking. The vertical axis is for weight amount and the horizontal axis is for the date weighed. Further, the headers for each section of the page are in chrome script lettering.
Movies I’ve Watched Tracker
This tracker resembles old-school film strips. The header is in a bold print font. Additionally, there are film reel and popcorn doodles with the header. Rhiannon will fill in each part of the film strips with a movie she wants to watch or has watched.
The Netflix tracker is a mostly blank layout. In the top center of the page is the header. Further, the header is my best replication of the Netflix logo in red.
Tv Show Tracker
This layout features several old-school antennae TVs. The title states “tv shows I’ve watched.” “I’ve watched” is in print and “tv shows” is in navy blue brush lettering.
The left page of this layout is a calendar grid. Next, the headers for the days of the week are in a minimal blue script. Then the right side features a dark blue calligraphy cursive font header and two sections below. Finally, the section titles are in a minimal cursive reading “to-do” and “goals.”
Running To-do List
The running to-do list is a mostly blank, two-page layout. The header is in navy blue brush lettering and the subheader is in a print font.
Similar to the to-do list, the project lists is a mostly blank, two-page layout. Additionally, the header is in a navy blue brush lettering.
This layout is a simple table to track expenditures monthly. The columns of the table include expenditure, how much it cost, frequency of payment, and the date paid. Further, the header is a minimal chrome script font.
This fitness tracker includes a chart with five columns. The columns are the date, exercise, speed, time, and distance. This chart header is “Centre” in chrome. Further, the main header is a mix of fonts in black or chrome.
This layout involves 10 mini-grids with enough spaces for each day of that month. highlighted in blue to match the month calendar is the habit to be achieved. The header is in calligraphy cursive and print font.
This spread is a square for a graph. The horizontal axis has time, and the vertical axis has the day of the month. The main header is a bold navy blue print font.
Monthly Themed Mood Tracking:
The mood trackers are different each month. The most apparent difference is the theme or picture chosen. The images are broken into enough parts so that there is a part for each day of the month. Then, each day, the image parts get filled in. Each mood is assigned to a specific color, design, or shade of a color. Next, Rhiannon can color in each part according to her mood or moods for that day. In the list below are the theme or imagery for each month.
January – Harry Potter Letters
February – Mood Mugs
March – Marvel & Avengers
April – Flower Petals
May – Travel Circles
June – Lemon Wedges
Similar to the mood trackers, the design is different each month. The most apparent difference is the theme or picture chosen. These themes match or replicate the mood tracker for that month. Instead of coloring in the image according to mood, Rhiannon will color in each section according to a stress rating on a “1 – 10” scale.
H20 or Water Tracker
The header of this layout is a navy calligraphy font. The remainder of the page is filled with water droplets in columns. Each column represents a day of the month and each droplet represents a glass or 8 ounces of water. Rhiannon will then fill the droplets as she drinks water each day.
Each month has a different weekly layout. Below are these different designs described.
This weekly spread has six watercolor spots through the center, and the sixth spot fits two weekend days. The paint is navy blue. Then, the header is “J” in black classic lettering with a vertical “2020” next to it. The daily headers are similar to the main header except are the dates for each day or days. Finally, there is a mini-calendar in the top right corner
The weekly layouts include seven rows, four on the left page and three on the right. Then, the main header is a small, thin, all-caps black ink print. And finally, the day of the week is a bold navy blue capital letter in brush lettering with the date is a small subscript.
This week is especially customized. The two pages are broken into 4 imaginary rows each. In the outermost center of each pages is half of Captain America’s shield. All lettering is in black bold print. Lastly, the final row is for notes.
The August weekly spreads are mostly blank; however, mimicking a column-style spread. Across the top of the page is berry pink painted brown paper pasted on. Then, the weekday headers are in a white minimal script font. Additionally, the main header is also in a white print font.
This page features seven columns for seven days of the week. Next to the rightmost column is travel-themed washi tape. Further, the washi tape is different for each week. The main titling is in a navy blue brushed lettered font. Then, the weekday titling is the first letter of the weekday in a minimal script. Finally, each letter has a subscript for the date.
