Monthly Themed Mood Tracking:
The mood trackers are different each month. The most apparent difference is the theme or picture chosen. The images are broken into enough parts so that there is a part for each day of the month. Then, each day, the image parts get filled in. Each mood is assigned to a specific color, design, or shade of a color. Next, Rhiannon can color in each part according to her mood or moods for that day. In the list below are the theme or imagery for each month.
- June – honeycomb
- July – cats
- August – cacti
- September – Harry Potter
- October – leafs
- November – feather
- December – Christmas bulbs
Similar to the mood trackers, the design is different each month. The most apparent difference is the theme or picture chosen. These themes match or replicate the mood tracker for that month. Instead of coloring in the image according to mood, Rhiannon will color in each section according to a stress rating on a “1 – 10” scale.
H20 or Water Tracker
The header of this layout is a pink calligraphy font. The remainder of the page is filled with water droplets in columns. Each column represents a day of the month and each droplet represents a glass or 8 ounces of water. Rhiannon will then fill the droplets as she drinks water each day.
