At ElizabethJournals, we want to ensure that you are happy with your purchase.

  • If after you attempted to resolve issues with us and feel the product(s) you purchased does/do not best fit your requirements or expectations, we want to make things right.

Our policy offers a full refund within 7 days of your date of purchase. We’d love to know what went wrong and how we can improve, so please include details about the reason for your refund request if you reach out to us directly.

ElizabethJournals and our payment process submit the refund immediately and make every attempt to process the refund as quickly as possible. Your financial institution can take up to 20 days for the refund to reflect in your bank account/card.

Please know that this 7-day money back guarantee and refund policy only applies to digital products which are not custom. Some exceptions apply. If your custom order has been made, but ElizabethJournals has not begun fullfilling your order, you may still qualify for a refund. However, if ElizabethJournasl has begun fullfilling your custom order you may not qualify for a full refund.

If you are not happy with the turnout of your custom order, or if ElizabethJournals has not fulfilled the order to the promised quality, please reach out to us so we can discuss how to make this right. In this case, you may qualify for a partial refund.
