Custom Printable Sizing

Are you looking at something we already have but need in another size? No worries! We offer custom sizing! Keep reading to learn more about how it works!

Process

1. Purchase this listing, completing all information as accurately as possible.
2. I will reach out to you using the email in your order to discuss details further.
3. You will receive a PayPal invoice for the remaining balance.
4. Once the balance is paid, I will create your custom order. 
5. Once I am finished, I will send the final product to that same email. 

Keep in Mind (IMPORTANT)

• The cost of purchasing custom sizing varies by order. The $2 fee noted in this listing is simply the down payment (going toward your final total).
• The final price will exceed $2, and we accept full payment via PayPal. The final price is influenced by the original cost of the product and the size of the product requesting custom sizing.
• I will reach out directly to you to discuss details after receiving your order. I will use the email attached to the order; please be sure you include a valid email. 
• We do not do custom sizing for products not included in our catalog. We do not do custom sizing for products that we have not made. 
  
• If you want additional sizing options for a product you have already purchased, please let us know which platform you purchased from, your date of purchase, and your order ID.

The format is flat, single-sided, according to the chosen size.

Returns/Refunds

Since this is a digital file, we cannot provide returns or exchanges on downloadable items once received. Please ask all questions before purchasing your item. If you receive something that you do not like, please contact us immediately to get the product remade. Remade layouts must be nearly identical; a completely different layout cannot be substituted once purchased and received.

The downpayment is NOT refundable.

If I do not receive a response to my email within 30 days after reaching out to you initially, I will no longer be reaching out. You may, of course, connect with me and utilize your order at any time using the email thread which I had started or by providing your order number.
