Does ElizabethJournals Accept Guest Posts?

Yes! I accept guest posts all the time. However, I am very picky about topics and links. I laid out all of my guest post guidelines in a post here. Please be sure to fill out the form on that page before you contact me with any questions. If you do not complete the guest post application, I will simply refer you to this page. 

Questions About the Resource Library

How do I get access to the Resource Library?

The resource library is a password protected page that my newsletter subscribers get free access to! Not a subscriber? Sign-up by clicking on “Resource Library ” in the main menu or clicking here.

How do I find the resource library?

If you are already a member, click the “Resource Library” tab in the ElizabethJournals menu.  Then, scroll down slightly and choose “Go to the library HERE!” Don’t forget your password/coupon code which was sent to you when you signed up and can be found at the bottom of all ElizabethJournals Newsletter emails!

How does the resource library work?

My resource library works just like my shop. So, the resources show they cost $1.50 - DONT WORRY - once you add everything you'd like to your cart and add the exclusive coupon, these will be completely free!

Why do your resources cost money?

They do not cost a thing so long as you've signed up for the newsletter and received your exclusive coupon code! You can use that code to get my resources for FREE! If you do not wish to sign-up for my newsletter, that is fine, but the resources will not be free.

I accidently paid for my freebies, help!

If you are a newsletter subscriber and you forgot to add your coupon code, no worries! Go ahead and shoot me an email with your order number, and the email associated with your newsletter subscription and I will give you a refund promptly!

I am a Subscriber but I forgot my password

If you are an active newsletter subscriber, there are two main ways to obtain your password.

  1. Check the bottom of any ElizabethJournals Email and you will find the password/coupon. Save your password!
  2. Reach out to me directly via our Contact Form using the email you signed up with and Elizabeth will double check your subscriber status and send you the most up-to-date password. Use this as a last resort as Elizabeth is unable to respond to all emails immediately.

Shop Questions

My coupon isn’t working?

If your coupon is not working try a few things before contacting me directly.

  • Check to see if the coupon is expired. If it is expired, you are no longer able to use it.
  • Check your spelling and capitalization. My coupons and passwords are case sensitive and need to be typed in exactly.
  • Double-check that the coupon is for ElizabethJournals. Often, other stationery and planning sites used similar coupon codes and link to one another. This might lead to confusion about where the coupon codes can be used.

I can't find your memberships.

ElizabethJournals has discontinued all memberships. While we recognize this may be a disappointment, we have chosen to remove our memberships in order to allocate those resources into making other more requested content and products.

I Just purchased a digital product, how to I download it?

 

How do printables work?

  1. After completing your purchase, download the files. 
  2. Once downloaded, print the download out at home or at a local print shop (learn how to print A5 Size HERE).
  3. You may now place your printable in a frame, binder, planner, or wherever else you would like!

What are Printable Product Specs?

Our downloads’ format is flat and single-sided created in multiple page sizes (see below).

  • A6 size (4.125 x 5.875 inches), 300 dpi
  • A5 size (5.875 x 8.25 inches), 300 dpi
  • A4 size (8.25 x 11.75 inches), 300 dpi
  • Letter (8.5 x 11 inches), 300 dpi
  • Custom sizing available by request

The best way to utilize your product digitally is on a tablet. However, it can also be used on a laptop, desktop, or phone. You would need to download or install a note-taking app compatible with digital planners (best options below). Open the file in the app and voila! You can add your drawings to the document via a stylus or your finger, or you can type using the app’s typing features. It is important to note that not all PDF readers/note-taking apps will allow you to utilize this planner, though most should.

Can I Return my printable?

No, you cannot return a printable or download. All printable or downloadable sales are final. Since this is a digital file, we cannot provide returns or exchanges on downloadable items.
