When I created September’s spread, my goal was to leave a lot of white space and keep it minimalistic. I had just got new fine tip pens and wanted to put them to use. I am not sure that I love having SO much white space, I think next month I will combine solid lines with the minimalistic style. Let me know what you think!?
Very Simple Calendar Spread
I kept my calendar very similar to August’s calendar since I really liked that layout. The main changes were the date numbers being back in the corner. Also, I chose to keep the headings and borders all in black.

Weekly Layout
I do not particularly care for what I decided to do for September’s weekly layouts. I chose to keep the lines fine, leave much white space, and remove borders. At first, I did enjoy this, but I think I prefer distinct borders and bolder titles. Perhaps next month I will utilize washi tape or stickers!

Bill Tracking | Loan Payment Tracker
My new Bill tracking and Loan payment tracking pages are by far my favorite pages that I have ever made. I absolutely love the distinct borders, minimal color usage (used only for organization purposes, and chosen font. I plan to keep these layouts in use for the remainder of my journals.

For the loan payment tracking page, The green will cover more as the loans get closer to being paid off. You can see this progression on the second page where I have a couple of loans already paid off.
Instagram Topic Planning Page
I also really like my Instagram planning page. The purpose of this page is to keep my Instagram more organized and to have pre-created category ideas already created to make Instagram planning quicker and easier. I wanted to keep this page very minimalistic by keeping 3 colors (black, red, and pink) and using a simple layout.

Self-Care Page | “This Is For Me.”
My last page for September is another self-care page. This one I have titled “this is for ME” because on this page I am going to list things that I want to do simply because I have an interest, regardless of ability and availability. The goal of this page is to have an ongoing list of things I can do when I have had a bad day or week to feel better. This list of things has nothing to do with others, it’s all about my well-being. On the top of the page I wrote, “do these things to foster personal growth and encourage self-care” to remind myself of the purpose of this list.

What are your thoughts on my layout? What could I do to improve?
