Food Mood Tracker

February mood tracker. I got a lot to say about this spread and today’s mood so if you’re interested, keep scrolling and hold on to your butts. Warming: straight mom talk ahead . . . I love how this tracker looks! I’m so proud of it! To continue my theme of “I love food”, I decided to use the stickers I’ve been decorating with to represent my moods. In reality, all foods make me 😆, but I had to make something represent sadness and anger. Sorry burgers and donuts. No offense. However, after I finished the entire month, I realized I ran out of stickers 🤦🏻‍♀️ Also, I can’t use this system to check in with myself 3 times a day 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️. In conclusion, the spread is so cute and in theory would have worked out well 🤷🏻‍♀️ . . . Today’s mood is a big fat cream filled donut (was trying to pick the worst donut I could think of and that was the best I could do 😂). I had gotten sick over the weekend right after both my kids were sick all week. Guess what I caught. HAND FOOT AND MOUTH DISEASE. If you don’t know, it’s a super contagious disease that is common in children and it causes fever, fatigue, and BLISTERS on your hands, feet, and in your mouth and throat. I haven’t been able to eat nor drink for days. I can’t journal because my hands are covered in blisters! I can’t help but feel A) like a terrible housekeeper for not keeping my house free of this virus, B) a terrible mom that I didn’t notice my children may have had it (although the virus hits adults harder than kids), and C) a crappy wife as I spread this to my husband before he left on a work trip (he probably has infected everyone from Milan to Athens by now) 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️. In situations like this, I think how if I didn’t have kids, I would not get as sick as often and how I’d be able to eat whatever I want right now 😔. If people ever tell you that they never regret being a parent, they’re lying. We have brief moments like this where we miss the carefree days of our youth for just a little bit

I personally really enjoy this style of mood tracker. Food is not the center piece but still really adds to the theme of it! Also, there is more space to identify more specific moods and emotions versus sticking to a select few.

Fruit Doodles

Looking for some help with your food and fruit doodles!? I love these doodle guides and how easy they make really cute doodles for those who aren’t super artistic or creative on their own!

Donut Sprinkles Mood Tracker

I see A LOT of donut themed bullet journal layouts and I love them. This one is super unique because you track your moods on the sprinkles and not in individual donuts like normal!

Just Peachy Cover Page

I love a good food pun and peach theme! Do you enjoy peaches or do you prefer nectarines?

Avocado BrainDump

▪️[Werbung durch Produktplatzierungen, Verlinkungen]▪️unbezahlt, unbeauftragt —————————————————————— >>> b r a i n d u m p <<< . 🇩🇪 Happy friday! 💕 —————————————————————— 🇬🇧 Happy friday! 🥑🙌🏻 I‘ve never had such a brain dump-page, but I needed some space to write down unsorted projects and ideas. I think I'm gonna get used to this every month now. So far it works quite well: when a new idea or task comes up, I write it down and when I‘ve got the time, I work it off or integrate it in my weekly planning. Easy and effective 😏 Have a nice friday! 💕 —————————————————————— #bulletjournals #plannerlove #doodles #diy #bulletjournalss #bujobeauty #lettering #plannerlove #bulletjournal #bujoideas #journal #tombowfamily #bujogermany #handlettering #bujocommunity #bujoinspire #monthlyspread #avocado #bulletjournals #doodle #plannerjunkie #planneraddict #bulletjournalideas #braindump #watercolor #planwithme #bujojunkies #wearebujo #bujomay #beforethepen

Picnic Shish Kabobs

With warmer weather coming quickly and physical distancing keeping us all separate, a picnic might be a fun activity for you and your roommates, families, or significant others. Make a meal and sit out on your balcony, porch, or local park. Maybe add picnic themes to your bullet journal and shish kabobs to your picnic!

S’more Weekly Log
