Hannah’s Custom Pink & Peach Bullet Journal

This custom planner was created for Hannah in an Anthracite Leuchtturm1917. She requested a pink and peach theme with floral and houseplant mood trackers!

Hannah purchased a custom bullet-journal-inspired planner. I created her custom planner in a Leuchtturm1917 A5 Dotted Hardcover in Antracite. Hannah requested pink and peach colors for the interior of her planner. Further, the layouts involved include a cover page, future log, books tracker, monthly log, mood tracker, and weekly log. Here you can read more about Hannah’s custom planner.

Layouts Included

Here you can learn more about the layouts for Hannah’s custom planner.

Watercolor Title Page:

Hannah’s title layout is a blue watercolor title page. For the header, “Hannah” is in a black calligraphy font. Then, on the second line, “Micah 6:8” is in an all-caps print font.

Future Log

This future log includes 12 months. Each page features three months each with a row. Then, each row has a mini-calendar. Finally, the headers for each month are in pink and peach script lettering.

Books to Read Bookshelf

This page is a black and white bookshelf filled with blank books. There are no headers. Hannah will fill in each book with a book she wants to read or has read.

Monthly Log

For each month, I used a simple grid calendar. The lettering for this layout is a pink or peach print font. Additionally, there is a column to the right of the calendar. The column is labeled “goals.”

Monthly Themed Mood Tracking

The mood trackers are different each month. The most apparent difference is the theme or picture chosen. The images are broken into enough parts so that there is a part for each day of the month. Then, each day, the image parts get filled in. Each mood is assigned to a specific color, design, or shade of a color. Next, Hannah can color in each part according to her mood or moods for that day. For Hannah, all themes are floral, succulent, or cactus.

Weekly Grid Log

The weekly grid layout is a weekly layout that encompasses seven days. Further, each page includes eight squares that make up the grid. Seven of the boxes are for the days of the week, and the 8th box is blank. For the headers, the lettering utilizes a pink or peach print and brush lettering.

Allison purchased two custom bullet-journal-inspired planner for personal development and for her real estate work use. I created her custom planner in a Leuchtturm1917 A5 Dotted Hardcover Notebooks, one in Pink and one in Black. Allison requested both similar and different themes for each notebook. Personal Layouts

Here you can learn more about the layouts for Allison’s custom planners. For Allison’s notebooks, I am not going to break down each layout as they are all very detailed but essentially similar. Instead I will talk about the overall structure and list the layout included in the order they are included.

Theme

Allison noted enjoying landscapes and natural things, so I chose to incorporate landscapes into her personal notebook. I did minimal style doodles of various landscapes and incorporated them where they fit on most pages. Some of the landscape styles used include mountains, forest, outterspace, underwater, beach vacation, flying birds, desert, waterside, trees, and city scape. Additionally, Allison noted liking globes which are her chosen cover theme for both notebooks, so, I incorporated globe doodles as well. The doodles are colored in with various light and pastel shades.

Additionally, Allison wanted grays and lighter pinks. I chose to incorporate gray and pink into her headers primarily. Further, Allison chose a Blank Leuchtturm1917 because it is more simple.

Structure

At the core, Allison’s layouts are all clean and minimal. Lettering includes print and minimal script. Most of the headers combine print and script; however, some of them are only minimal script or only print lettering. Main headers also include a more classical modern style of print. Sub-headers are generally in a gray or pink box and prompts are often highlighted by pink or gray. All other lettering is in print font.

Similar to her personal planner, I am not going to break down each layout as they are all very detailed but essentially similar. Instead, I will talk about the overall structure and list the layout included in the order they are included.

Theme

As Allison works in real estate, she chose the theme of keys. I found a bunch of different styles of keys and doodles these throughout her notebook on any page that had realistic space. The keys are all in black and a highly muted golden yellow color. Additionally, similar to her personal notebook, Allison wanted grays and lighter pinks. There are points where I used a brighter pink and times when I used a lighter pink. Further, Allison chose a Pink Leuchtturm1917 because this is the color of her Real Estate Team.

Structure

At the core, Allison’s layouts are all clean and minimal. Lettering includes print and minimal script. Most of the headers combine print and script; however, some of them are only minimal script or only print lettering. Main headers also include a more classical modern style of print. April 2020 Bullet Journal Plan with Me

This post will be a brief overview of my bullet journal layout for April 2020. For this month's theme, I decided to use my new chalk paint pens!

This post will be a brief overview of my bullet journal layout for April 2020. For this month’s theme, I decided to use shades of purple. Actually, I decided to use my new chalk paint pens!

As I mentioned in my 2020 overview video, I plan to keep this year simple to give me time to work on other things. Let’s get started.

Before we get started here is a list of my recommended supplies.

Recommended Products

The Pink Chalk Paint & Metallic Ink Process

As you probably know, I have been trying to be more minimalistic this year with my own personal bullet journal due to time. However, it is a little boring for me to keep everything the same each month. So, starting in March, I decided to start using colors. For this month, I chose to use a pink theme and had just been playing around with my new chalk paint pens and decided to use these for April. Additionally, I kept the metallic ink for dimension

The Layout Descriptions

Nothing except the color of the headers has changed for April’s bullet journal spread. Essentially, the function of the spread is the same as it was for March, February, and January. However, I still want to talk about it just in case you are new here and aren’t already familiar. The left page is where I keep my schedule for Monday through Saturday by the half-hour. This one is super useful to help me keep track of meetings and appointments. Then, on the right page is six rectangle boxes representing each day of the week. Saturday and Sunday share the sixth box. Here is where I mark all-day events, holidays, due dates, and daily to-dos. This spread has been working phenomenally for me and I intend to keep it! Then, I chose two shades of purple for the headers. I used a metallic pink for the primary lettering and then a light pink chalk color for shadows.
