Layouts Included

Here you can learn more about the layouts for Yessenia’s red custom planner.

Custom Title Page

This title page is custom based on my 2017 bullet journal cover page. The bulk of this design is a black circle. Then, in the center of the circle "Yessenia" is in a red script font. Underneath is "2019" in print font. Last, below the circle are two hanging plants and one potted plant on a table. The doodles are in watercolor with some ink.

Year At A Glance

This year at a glance features 12 months, September 2019 through August 2020, in a calendar format. Further, the months vertical and in red cursive lettering. Then, "2019 - 2020" is at the top of the page in a red print font. Lastly, "at a glance" is in a minimal script font.

Monthly Calendar

For each month, I used a simple grid calendar. The lettering for this layout's header is a red print font and all other lettering is in a black print font. Additionally, there is a column to the right of the calendar. The column is labeled "goals."

Monthly Mood Tracker

The mood trackers are different each month. The most apparent difference is the theme or picture chosen. The images are broken into enough parts so that there is a part for each day of the month. Then, each day, the image parts get filled in. Each mood is assigned to a specific color, design, or shade of a color. Next, Yessenia can color in each part according to her mood or moods for that day. In the list below are the theme or imagery for each month.

  • January – dream catcher
  • February – flower petals
  • March – puzzle
  • April – flower mug
  • May – cactus
  • June – sunflowers
  • July – lemon wedges
  • August – sunshine
  • September – Tetris
  • October – autumn leaf
  • November – feathers
  • December – Christmas bulbs

Weekly Grid

The weekly grid layout is a weekly layout which encompasses seven days. Further, each page includes eight squares which make up the grid. Seven of the boxes are for the days of the week, and the 8th box is blank. For the headers, the lettering utilizes a red print font. Additionally, all of the other lettering is done using a black print font.
