We think that addressing the idea of productivity is black and white. All we need to do is reduce distractions and have the right tools, and that is all we need. In reality, the notion of productivity is far more subtle than we realize. Learning to be productive is not just about the obvious, but it's about making sure that you tailor your healthy and are focused. The World Health Organization has long touted the importance of your physical, mental, and social well-being, as this can raise your productivity levels by 20%. So when you are planning your productivity, you've also got to plan your health as well, so what does this actually take?
Reducing Temptations
Sometimes, we think that being productive is about giving ourselves small comforts. Some of us think nothing of having unhealthy snacks next to the computer because we have a long day's research ahead. But the problem with having these unhealthy temptations next to us is that we do it again and again.
There are some people who chain smoke, especially when they have an incredibly long task ahead of them. We can think of those smoking writers who sit at the computer, with alcohol and tobacco and do not leave the computer until the work is done. But you don't need us to tell you this is incredibly unhealthy! However, if you've already got yourself into the habit of chain-smoking at your desk, making swaps such as vapes or carts CCell devices gives you a fighting chance. But you have to remember that unhealthy temptations can lead to unhealthy choices and mistakes. Choose healthy habits over unhealthy temptations when you tailor your health toward productivity.

Fuel Your Brain
You have to start the day with a healthy and nutritious breakfast. But most of us think about just getting a cup of coffee and sitting at the computer. Ultimately we need to listen to your body. If you've got a lot of stress ahead of you, it's important to give yourself that all-important nourishment.
You need to focus on eating frequent meals that are going to fuel your brain. These are things like healthy fats, usually found in nuts, fish, seeds, and butter. A lot of entrepreneurs swear by the ketogenic diet, which is predominantly fat. Looking at it logically, our brain is predominately made of fat. So, increasing our fat intake has significant benefits.

Do Not Neglect Hydration
Even mild dehydration can hinder your energy levels. Which then causes massive reductions in your brain performance. Losing between 1% and 3% of your fluids is all it takes! But we make the cardinal sin of thinking that's the best way to keep ourselves energized to have a flagon of coffee next to us.
Replace that coffee with a massive water bottle, and you will make significant headway. It's such an obvious thing. But, we need to realize that a lack of water can hinder our productivity; even losing 2% of our water content can impair our physical performance. We've got to hit that level of 3.7 liters a day for men, and 2.7 liters a day for women.
We think that addressing the idea of productivity as black and white. But it is more complicated. When you are planning your productivity, you've also got to plan your health as well!
