Layouts Included

Here you can learn more about the layouts for Christine’s custom planner.

Watercolor Title Page:

Christine's title layout is a purple and pink tye-dye watercolor title page. For the header, "Christine's" is in a black calligraphy font. Then, on the second line "2020-2021 bullet journal" is in an all-caps print font.

Birthday Log

For this birthday tracker, there are 12 different cupcakes. Each cupcake has colorful pastel detailing. Each cupcake represents a month. Lastly, the title is a brush lettered font.

Books to Read

This page is a black and white bookshelf. The header is a bold pastel pink font. Christine will fill in each book with the title of a book she wants to read or has read.

Movies to Watch

This tracker resembles old-school film strips. The header is in pastel orange brush lettered font. Christine will fill in each part of the film strips with a movie she wants to watch or has watched.

Races & Running Tracker

This layout is a two-part spread. The left page includes a future log style race tracker including 12 sections - one for each month of the year. Then, the right page is a running tracker is a style similar to a weight loss tracker. For both layouts, the headers are in pastel brush lettering.

Seasonal Bucket Lists

Christine requested seasonal bucket lists. For each one, I did a unique design on two pages. First, the summer bucket list features a watercolor sun with some flowy script lettering and print font. Next, the fall bucket list includes a black brush lettered header with a print sub-header. Next to the header is a stripe of orange, brown, and yellow leaves.

Then, the winter bucket list has a print header and blue snowflakes hanging from it made to represent winter decorations. Finally, the spring bucket list includes a minimal script font header and a row of pastel-colored tulips.

Monthly Calendar

For each monthly layout, I used a simple grid calendar. Then, the header is a pastel brush lettering. Additionally, the header is located vertically down the right side.

Gratitude Log

The gratitude is mostly blank with the exception of the pastel brush lettered header.

Monthly Themed Mood Tracking:

The mood trackers are different each month. The most apparent difference is the theme or picture chosen. The images are broken into enough parts so that there is a part for each day of the month. Then, each day, the image parts get filled in. Each mood is assigned to a specific color, design, or shade of a color. Next, Christine can color in each part according to her mood or moods for that day. In the list below are the theme or imagery for each month.

  • June – sunflower
  • July - sunshine
  • August - lemon wedges
  • September - houseplant planter
  • October - snowy mountains
  • November - flower petals
  • December - Christmas lights
  • January - dream catcher
  • February - honeycombs
  • March - cactus
  • April - feather
  • May - heart flower mug

Weekly Rows

The weekly layouts include seven rows, four on the left page and three on the right. Then, the main header is an all-caps black ink print. And finally, the day of the week is a bold pastel capital letter with the date is a small subscript.

Currently This Month

This spread is the final one for each month. It includes 6 sections. For each category, there is a corresponding doodle: loving, disliking, wanting, celebrating, looking forward to, and grateful for. Further, this page is for tracking what Christine is currently interested in according to the category. The main header is in either pastel brush lettering.
